2003 Subaru Legacy

For 2003, Subaru Legacy lineup has been modified. Its sedans and wagons now come
in L, L Special Edition, and GT versions. A 2.5-liter four-cylinder boxer engine
that breathes 165 horsepower is motorizing all these models. The standard transmission
is five-speed manual while a four-speed electronically controlled automatic is
offered as an option. This standard four-cylinder engine generously produces 166
pounds-feet of torque, driving you away from intersections and up steep terrains.
It breathes a very remarkable acceleration performance
This year's Subaru hits a very brilliant balance between handling and ride quality.
It is considered as one of the mid-size cars that are very easy to control. Subaru's
all-wheel drive, suspension design, and low center made it smooth, polished and
sure-footed. Legacy understeer and oversteer mildly and its anti-lock disc brakes
and all-wheel-drive system contribute a lot in avoiding accidents by managing
grip as the driver maneuvers around any obstacle.
2003 Subaru Legacy boasts its all-wheel-drive system that makes sure that the
power is allocated to all four wheels. This system makes the car easier to control
and to maneuver not only on dry pavement but also in slippery road condition.
Also, this system constantly transmits power to the tires with the best grip to
boost driver control and to add a little weight.
